Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Because we begin preparing orders quickly, orders may only be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, orders may already be in production or shipment preparation and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $65

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: $6.99
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $65

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and customs processing. Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed at checkout.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT required by their country.
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Holiday Return Extension

Orders placed between November 15 and December 25 may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

* Personalized items remain covered under our Quality Guarantee for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
** International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify:

  • the item must be unworn and unused,
  • in the same condition received,
  • with original tags and packaging,
  • and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that personalized, engraved, or custom-made items may be exempt from the EU right of withdrawal where permitted under applicable law.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn and unused,
  • include original packaging,
  • include all accessories and inserts,
  • and include proof of purchase.

Returns showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration may not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every Coco Jewelry piece.

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • incorrect,
  • or with a customization error caused by us,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the item,
  • and a brief description of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email:

Include:

  • your order number,
  • the item(s) you wish to return,
  • and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable.

Please do not return items without prior authorization.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing. Additional bank processing times may apply.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
